    A subadmin records the candidate — employers, dates, education — and a short note on what each company does. It's never rewritten.

    Assign

    Each profile goes to the people who will work it. They see their candidates and nothing else.

    Paste the job

    The model writes the summary, skills and bullets for that posting. The output is validated against the profile before it can be used.
